LookingPro Inc. operates this website. This notice describes the information handled through this website and through the email address published on it. It does not describe data processing inside the LookingPro or LooperPro desktop applications, which are in technical preview. Their handling of personal data will be described separately when access is offered.

The desktop applications

The LookingPro and LooperPro desktop applications are in active development, and a full application privacy notice will be published before general release. Two things are worth stating here, because they are described on our other pages. The rendering runs on our servers, so the application sends your camera input over an encrypted connection and receives the rendered image back. A profile is built from video of you that is recorded for that purpose. What we do with that video and that input, and for how long we keep it, is set out in the terms you accept in the application before enrolment. We do not sell personal data.

Information you provide

This website has no forms and collects nothing from you as you read it. You contact us by writing to tech@lookingpro.com, in which case we hold your email address, your message and anything you attach. We use what you send to respond to product questions, early access enquiries and partnership requests, and to manage the correspondence that follows.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies. We run no analytics, advertising or visitor tracking tag, we do not measure individual visits, and we do not build visitor profiles.

Hosting and email

The website is hosted on Google Cloud. Our email runs on Google Workspace. Like any web host, the hosting platform processes technical information needed to deliver pages and to protect the service against abuse, such as IP address, browser information and request logs. See the Google Cloud privacy notice for information about that provider.

How we use and share information

We use the information described above to reply to you, to contact you about early access where you have asked us to, and to keep the website working and protected against misuse.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers named above, and only as far as they need it to host this website and deliver our email. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and early access records while we are in contact with you about the product, and for up to twenty four months after our last exchange, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

International transfers

LookingPro Inc. is based in the United States, and our service providers may process information there. Where information reaches us from the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, we rely on the safeguards available under applicable data protection law.

Your rights and requests

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict our use of it, and to withdraw consent you have given. You can also ask us to stop contacting you about early access.

Write to tech@lookingpro.com and we will respond. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Children

This website is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page and publish the new version here.
